The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Products returned after the 7-day return period.

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Customers must provide clear photos of the product to support their request.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been made.
A replacement item cannot be provided for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Oshna Bags.
For any other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
